COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Harnessing the Power of Google Data Studio In Education

Do you use Excel or Google Sheets to organize and analyze data, but are looking for something more interactive and visual? Data Studio is Google’s free data visualization tool that allows you to turn unwieldy spreadsheets into visual dashboards that bring your data to life. Whether it’s assessments, demographics, behavior, or attendance data, if it’s in a spreadsheet, you can visualize it with Google Data Studio!

This workshop will provide participants with an understanding of the potential for using Google Data Studio with education data and an opportunity to engage with Data Studio tools and features. Participants will learn Data Studio skills using a sample data set. Participants should have at least intermediate spreadsheet skills and be comfortable working with data and the Google suite of tools.
