Topic: Turning Adversity into Strength
As many have stated since March 2020, “We are so exhausted; when is this going to end.” We all had a vision of how we wanted to live our lives and invested our resources into carrying out that plan. Then enter COVID-19! Life as we knew it was changed, throwing many into the “Whitewater of life.” So what do we do when life gets off track and the rapids distract us from what really matters? This session explores the answer to that question and places easy, but effective tools in your hands and minds to navigate the storms without capsizing.
