Susan Reynolds from Massachusetts Partnership for Youth will be giving a talk entitled: “Thriving in the Age of Digital Distraction”.

Susan will discuss how our constantly connected world and phone dependence can impact students physical, mental, and emotional health.  In addition, Susan will discuss the impact of social media and how it could be negatively impacting teens.  Students will be given strategies to balance time with respect to the use of technology, and preventing digital overload.
