IEP Writing Strategies
VIRTUALTHIS EVENT OCCURS ON 4/8, 4/29, 5/6 PARTICIPANTS: Special Educators, Related Service Providers, Administrators DESCRIPTION: Focus - This workshop presents suggestions, ideas and strategies for writing effective IEPs. Included in the workshop: Student strengths and key evaluation summary statement, Impact of the disability statement, accommodations/modification/specially designed instruction, determining goal focus areas, writing effective current performance levels observable and measurable goals and objectives/benchmarks, service delivery grid. Models and templates will be used to guide participants with concepts they can use in their own IEP writing practice.
